Emma van Hecke

Hi, I’m Ms. Emma! I have been dancing at Junction City School of Dance since I was 3 years old and participated in the apprentice program since I was in 5th grade! I am trained in Hip Hop, Modern, Tap, Jazz, and Ballet as well as various other sub-styles. I also was fortunate to get to travel to LA and go to the Urban Dance Festival hosted by Word in Motion with Reach Dance Co. I am so thankful to grow up with JCSD in my life as it has blessed me in more ways than I can count! In addition to my time at JCSD, I also dance at “Zreliak Artistic Performing Productions,” otherwise known as “ZAPP” and will be starting my path at Lane Community College (eventually transferring to U of O) to minor in dance along with my major in psychology. When I am not dancing, you can find me studying at a coffee shop, cheering at a rodeo, or hanging out with friends and family!
