Lauren Terrien (instructor) — Hi, my name is Lauren! I have been taking classes at Junction City School of Dance since I was 3 years old. I immediately fell in love with dance and haven’t stopped since. I started with ballet and gradually added modern, jazz, pointe, and hip hop. I began in the apprentice program at the age of 8 and continued through my high school years. I enjoyed every minute of it! In 2022, I was added on as junior staff and choreographed my first recital piece. This studio’s positive environment has strengthened my faith and given me a second family that I couldn’t be more grateful for. I am a student at the University of Oregon pursuing a degree in Elementary Education. GO DUCKS! In my free time I love to read, watch movies, and play the New York Times mini games.
