BodyHIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training using our own body weight, designed by our Fitness Instructor Ashley Brahms. Each workout will be 20-25mins long.

You will push yourself at your level and I will be there to help encourage you! I love training and teaching these type of workouts because they are very effective whether you have goals of getting lean, losing weight/inches/body fat, wanting to change your body composition, gaining strength, wanting a challenge or all of the above. This class would be great for anyone who has had some experience working out to anyone who considers themselves intermediate to advanced. – Instructor Ashley Brahms
